The Remarried Empress Gets 2027 TV Anime with Yoko Hikasa as Navier

The famous line demanding approval for a remarriage is coming to animation! LINE Manga’s romance fantasy *The Remarried Empress* is getting a 2027 TV anime. A teaser video is out on HAYATE Inc.’s channel, and the official site has opened.

The Story

Navier supported the Eastern Empire as its “perfect empress,” but Emperor Sovieshu grows devoted to concubine Rashta, neglects Navier, and finally demands a divorce. Though deeply hurt, Navier asks to remarry Prince Heinrey of a neighboring country and begins reclaiming her fate and power.

Alphatart wrote the original work, SUMPUL drew it, and HereLee adapted it. It had reportedly amassed 2.97 billion views worldwide by July 2026.

Cast and Staff

Yoko Hikasa plays Navier, Ryohei Kimura plays Heinrey, Tomoaki Maeno plays Sovieshu, and Reina Ueda plays Rashta. All four can be heard in the teaser.

Tetsuya Yanagisawa directs, Akiko Inoue handles series composition and scripts, Jun Nakai designs the characters, and Yuki Fukazawa composes the music. TROYCA produces the animation, with HAYATE producing the project. A more precise broadcast window and stations are still to come.
