Terms of use

1. The service

The service lists anime broadcast schedules, where to stream, news written from official announcements, and information on works, voice actors and studios. No account is needed. We edit the listings from official sources; the editor's impressions and highlights are personal opinion.

2. Correction reports and contact

What you send in a correction report or contact message is used to check and correct listings and to reply. We decide whether and how to act on it, and do not promise to reply to or apply every message.

3. What is not allowed

When using the service, you must not:

• Break the law or public order
• Infringe our or anyone else's copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights
• Send false correction reports, the same message repeatedly, or advertising
• Put excessive load on our servers, such as by mass automated access or collection
• Manipulate click counts or other tallies
• Gain unauthorized access or interfere with running the service
• Republish or redistribute the service's own writing or structure beyond quotation as permitted by copyright law
• Do anything else we judge inappropriate

4. Copyright

Copyright in the service's own writing (news, highlights, impressions) and design belongs to us or the rightful owners. Rights in titles, images, videos and logos belong to their owners. When quoting, stay within copyright law and credit animecca with the page's URL. Data provided under outside licenses follows the terms listed on About.

5. Outside services

The service uses YouTube API Services and shows official videos and thumbnails with YouTube's features. Playing a video is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Streaming services, stores and other outside sites have their own terms.

6. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that listings are accurate, complete or current. Check the official site or streaming service before watching or buying. Where a loss arising from use of the service is caused by our ordinary negligence, our liability is limited to direct and ordinary damages. See the disclaimer for details.

7. Changes and suspension

We may change, suspend or end the service without notice.

8. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms when needed. We will post the new terms and their effective date on this page before that date, and using the service on or after it means you accept them.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The district court with jurisdiction over our location has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute about the service.
