Synopsis

To celebrate a new sister-city relationship between Kasukabe and Mushibai in India's Hagashmir State, the Kasukabe Kids Entertainment Festival is held. Shinnosuke and the other four members of the Kasukabe Defense Force win the festival and are invited to India. They travel with the Nohara family and their kindergarten principal. At a shop, Shinnosuke and Bo-chan buy a nose-shaped backpack. When Bo-chan puts a piece of paper attached to it into his nose, his personality and abilities change, turning him into a tyrant. The paper is a dangerous object that creates evil tyrants. Shinnosuke and his friends pursue Bo-chan with detectives Kabir and Dil, but Bo-chan's powers scatter them. A man named Wolf, seeking the strongest partner, takes an interest in Bo-chan and buys the festival. With Ariana's help, Shinnosuke reunites the group and confronts Bo-chan. He persuades his friend and pulls the paper out, only for it to lodge in a chapati that grows giant and goes on a rampage.
